At K-Swiss I managed all aspects of the business; acquisitions, SAP cost center budgeting, KPI reports, personnel management, project management, brand identity, and collaborations. I defined and implemented technology solutions and business processes for retail operations, including brick-and-mortar stores and mobile events.
Most notable accomplishments included: Royal Elastics Flagship Retail in Santa Monica where I brought together art, music and collaborations. Rony Alwin (Rony's Photobooth), Andy Warhol, Udwin Ushiro, Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B Footwear to name a few.
